What is a condition?​

A condition is a “pathology” in a “body site” of a “patient”. It has two extra properties:

  • "frequency", which specifies how often an encounter will be created automatically to track the condition.
  • "isTracked", that allows pausing or following up the condition.

Can I create an episode of care without assigning it to a condition?​

No, currently the platform only admits creating episodes of care with an assigned condition. This eases the tracking of the condition inside the application.

Where could I find the codes for specifying a body site or a pathology?​

The Swagger contains the full list of codes for selecting a body site or a pathology in the description of the corresponding properties.
